You can turn on the\u00a0Save current desktop<\/strong>\u00a0option to set\u00a0Hierarchical View<\/strong>\u00a0as the default one in the Customers list. Before performing the troubleshooting steps, ensure the Customers list is set to\u00a0Hierarchical View in QuickBooks<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here’s how:<\/p>\n

  1. Click\u00a0Customers<\/strong>\u00a0at the top menu bar.<\/li>\n
  2. Select\u00a0Customer Center<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Right-click on your Customer list.<\/li>\n
  4. Click\u00a0Hierarchical View<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Then, turn on the\u00a0Save current desktop<\/strong>\u00a0option in QuickBooks.<\/p>\n
