  1. Sign in to Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs)<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. On the Manage your QuickBooks<\/strong>\u00a0page, select the product or service you would like to manage.<\/li>\n
  3. Under Products & Services<\/strong>\u00a0select the\u00a0Payroll Subscription.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. The status of the subscription shows under the blue toolbar.<\/li>\n
  5. You should seeCanceled<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>as the status of the subscription, click the\u00a0Resubscribe<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>link under the status.<\/li>\n
  6. Validate if the information in the Reactivate Subscription<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>fields are correct, then click\u00a0Save and Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. Review the Subscription details<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>and the billing information, then Click Reactivate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  8. A pop-up message will show subscription has been reactivated, click Got it!\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    It may take up to 24 hours for the reactivation of your subscription to fully complete. Your subscription will show Active once completed.<\/p>\n
