class=\"sh-ext-lemon--li-xCOzz\">Right-click the\u00a0<b>Windows Start<\/b>\u00a0menu, then select\u00a0<b>Open Windows Explorer<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sh-ext-lemon--li-xCOzz\">Select\u00a0<b>Computer<\/b>, then go to\u00a0<b>C:\\Documents and settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\Intuit\\QuickBooks Point of Sale XX\\Ini<\/b>.<b>Note<\/b>:\u00a0<b>XX<\/b>\u00a0is the highest number version you see.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sh-ext-lemon--li-xCOzz\">Right-click\u00a0<b>WSActivity<\/b>, then select\u00a0<b>Rename<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sh-ext-lemon--li-xCOzz\">Type\u00a0<b>OLDWSActivity<\/b>, then select anywhere to save the change.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sh-ext-lemon--li-xCOzz\">Close the window, then open QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"sh-ext-lemon--p-UK6ra\">If the issue of QuickBooks Point of Sale Connection Failed persists, proceed to solution to the entitlement client folder:\u00a0<b>C:\\Program Data\\Intuit\\Entitlement Client\\v8.0<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sh-ext-lemon--li-xCOzz\">Right-click the first file, then select\u00a0<b>Delete<\/b>. Select\u00a0<b>Yes<\/b>\u00a0to confirm.
