  2. Enter your\u00a0signal<\/strong>\u00a0or email address, then\u00a0choose<\/strong>\u00a0Continue.<\/li>\n
  3. Follow the on-screen\u00a0directions. If you used your email address to verify your account<\/strong>,\u00a0you may\u00a0receive\u00a0Associate in Nursing\u00a0email\u00a0along with your\u00a0user ID<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note: If you don\u2019t see an email from us within an hour, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don\u2019t have the email, you\u2019ll need to request your user ID again. If you don\u2019t have access to the email you used when you created your account, you can\u00a0request to change it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    <\/i>I forgot my password<\/h3>\n

    1. From the sign in page, select\u00a0I forgot my user ID or Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Enter your phone number, email address, or user ID, then select\u00a0Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions. If you used your email address to verify your account, you’ll receive an email with a password reset link.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Note: The password reset link is active for 24 hours.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      <\/i>I reset my password and now I can\u2019t sign in to Camps<\/h3>\n

      Your old password could still be saved in your internet browser. Try to enter your password manually, if you still can\u2019t sign in you\u2019ll need to Clear the Data<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0so you can use your new password. Once you\u2019ve done this, close your browser and reopen it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      <\/i>I\u2019m asked to reset my password every time I sign in<\/h3>\n

      This happens because your browser might be automatically filling in your old password or user ID.<\/p>\n

      1. From the sign in page, select\u00a0I forgot my user ID or Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Once you reset your password and can get into your account select\u00a0My Account<\/strong>, then select\u00a0Account Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      3. Select\u00a0Profile<\/strong>\u00a0and verify your user ID.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

        <\/i>I need a confirmation code<\/h3>\n

        If you\u2019re asked for a confirmation code after you sign in:<\/p>\n

        1. Select how you\u2019d like to receive your confirmation code, then select\u00a0Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        2. If you can\u2019t access the email account or phone number listed, select the option\u00a0Confirm my account a different way<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        3. Retrieve the confirmation code.<\/li>\n
        4. Enter the confirmation code, then select\u00a0Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          If you can\u2019t verify your account by having a code emailed to your registered email address, you can\u00a0request to change it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

          <\/i>I don\u2019t have a login of Camps<\/h3>\n
          \n
            \n
          1. From the sign in page, select the\u00a0Don’t have an Intuit login?<\/strong>\u00a0link.<\/li>\n
          2. Select your name from the list of contacts, and select\u00a0Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          3. Enter your email address and phone number.\n
              \n
            1. If an account\/login has been created with your email address, you can\u2019t create another with the same email address. You can either retrieve your user ID or reset your password.<\/li>\n
            2. If you get a message that the email address and phone number don’t match, contact us to update your info.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
            3. Enter your account info, then select\u00a0Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

              <\/i>I was invited to QuickBooks and can\u2019t sign in to Camps<\/h3>\n

              If you have a user ID with your invitation, it should ask you to sign in. If not, you\u2019ll have a link to create one with the email address the invite was sent to. After you create a user ID, you\u2019ll be able to sign in.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

              <\/i>I can\u2019t sign in to CAMPS<\/h3>\n
              \n

              The Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) uses the email address you registered your product with. This might be different from what you use to sign in to your company file.<\/p>\n

              If the email you used to register your product wasn’t already connected with an Intuit account, an account was automatically created for you. So you might need to claim that account if you’ve never signed in. Or you might need to merge accounts if you have multiple.<\/p>\n

              Here’s what to do:<\/p>\n

              1. From the sign in page, select\u00a0I forgot my user ID or Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              2. Enter your phone number, email address, or user ID, then select\u00a0Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              3. Follow the on-screen instructions. If you used your email address to verify your account, you’ll receive an email with a password reset link.<\/li>\n
              4. If that doesn\u2019t help, go back to\u00a0camps.intuit.com\u00a0and select\u00a0Claim Account<\/strong>\u00a0then follow the on-screen instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
