Learn how to change your email address, user ID, or password for QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Self-Employed.<\/p>\n

Need to make some updates? You can make changes to your accounts\u00a0from your Intuit Account Manager. You can get there while you’re using QuickBooks, or sign in to the account manager directly.<\/p>\n

Change your QuickBooks user ID, email address, password, and other info<\/h2>\n

From QuickBooks Online<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Sign in\u00a0to QuickBooks Online.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to\u00a0Settings<\/strong>\u00a0\u2699 and select\u00a0Intuit Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. This opens the Intuit Account Manager.<\/li>\n
  4. Select the\u00a0Sign in and security<\/strong>\u00a0menu.<\/li>\n
  5. Select the\u00a0User ID<\/strong>,\u00a0Email Address<\/strong>, or\u00a0Password\u00a0<\/strong>section.<\/li>\n
  6. Make your changes.<\/li>\n
  7. When you’re done, select\u00a0Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    From QuickBooks Self-Employed<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.<\/li>\n
    2. Select the\u00a0profile\u00a0<\/strong>\u2699\u00a0icon and select\u00a0Intuit Account<\/strong>. This opens the Intuit Account Manager.<\/li>\n
    3. Select the\u00a0Sign in and security<\/strong>\u00a0menu.<\/li>\n
    4. Select the\u00a0User ID<\/strong>,\u00a0Email Address<\/strong>, or\u00a0Password\u00a0<\/strong>section.<\/li>\n
    5. Make your changes.<\/li>\n
    6. When you’re done, select\u00a0Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      From Intuit Account Manager<\/h3>\n
