We’ll help you invite your employees, so they can sign in and get started.<\/p>\n

Have QuickBooks Online?<\/strong>\u00a0This article is for QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. If you have QuickBooks Online Payroll,\u00a0use these steps.<\/p>\n

Invite your employee<\/h2>\n

Step 1: Log in to your Intuit account in QuickBooks<\/h3>\n

If you\u2019re already logged in to your Intuit account in QuickBooks, move on to Step 2.<\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: Your Intuit account login is different from your company file login. Learn more\u00a0about your Intuit account. Give Employees Online access to paychecks and W-2s<\/p>\n

  1. From the\u00a0Company<\/strong>\u00a0menu, select\u00a0My Company<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Select\u00a0Manage Your Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Log in using your Intuit ID and password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Having trouble signing in? Select\u00a0I forgot my user ID or password<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Step 2: Send an invite<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. From the\u00a0Employees<\/strong>\u00a0menu, select\u00a0Manage Payroll Cloud Services<\/strong>.
      \nNote<\/strong>: If you don\u2019t see Manage Payroll Cloud Services,\u00a0update your QuickBooks.<\/li>\n
    2. Under QuickBooks Workforce, toggle the status to ON, then select\u00a0Invite Employees<\/strong>.\"Give<\/a><\/li>\n
    3. Your employee list will appear. Select the employees you need to give access, then add their email addresses.
      \nNote<\/strong>: If the invite page doesn\u2019t load, make sure to\u00a0turn on ActiveX controls in Internet Explorer.<\/li>\n
    4. Select\u00a0Send Invite<\/strong>. Once sent, you should see “Invited” under the STATUS column.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
