Let’s make sure that your computer meets the\u00a0system requirements for QuickBooks Online app for Mac. If you’re able to verify that the requirements are met, we can start clearing the cache in your QuickBooks app to refresh the connection.<\/p>\n

      2. Scroll down to\u00a0Get the QuickBooks Mac <\/strong>or Windows App<\/strong>\u00a0section, click\u00a0Free Download<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      3. Click\u00a0Download Now<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      4. Select the\u00a0QuickBooks.dmg<\/strong>\u00a0file in the downloads section.<\/li>\n
      5. Drag QuickBooks to the Applications folder.<\/li>\n
      6. Launch the QuickBooks App and the program will load to the sign-on page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
