You\u2019ll hear each other and they\u2019ll see your books. (But you won\u2019t be on video, just them.) You can also send your bookkeeping team a message when you\u2019re using QuickBooks and have a question.<\/p>\n Your bookkeeping team is here for you. You can use the in-product chat or schedule a video call during regular business hours. Most businesses like to meet monthly with their bookkeeper. Monthly meetings are a great time to get a status update on your books and go over key financial statements.<\/p>\n To schedule an appointment:<\/p>\n To message your bookkeeping team, go to the\u00a0Live Bookkeeping\u00a0<\/b>menu and select\u00a0Send a message<\/b>. A chat window appears in the bottom-right of the window, and you can begin chatting. The message will automatically go to your bookkeeping team.<\/p>\n Your bookkeeping team can see anything you can see in QuickBooks.<\/p>\n QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping is not a substitute for a CPA or an accountant.
