And you can delete duplicate Sales Entries in Profit and loss.<\/h4>\n<h3 id=\"toc-hId--1103997734\">Register mode<\/h3>\n<p>In Register mode, your view shows your register on the top part of the screen and the downloaded transactions at the bottom.<\/p>\n<p><b>Note:<\/b>\u00a0If you know that QuickBooks is correct and want to delete the transactions that do not match, you must delete the entire statement after matching the appropriate transactions.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Choose\u00a0<b>Banking &gt; Bank Feeds &gt; Bank Feeds Center<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Select the statement from\u00a0<i>Items Received From Financial Institution<\/i>\u00a0and choose\u00a0<b>View<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Match the appropriate transactions and select\u00a0<b>Done<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Choose\u00a0<b>Yes<\/b>, in the\u00a0<i>Not Finished Matching<\/i>\u00a0screen. You will return to the Online Banking Center.<\/li>\n<li>Select the same statement from the<i>\u00a0Items Received From Financial Institution<\/i>\u00a0and select\u00a0<b>Delete<\/b>.\n<div><b>Note:<\/b>\u00a0Deleting the statement will prevent the unwanted transactions from appearing the next time you download a statement. If you do not delete the statement, the transactions that were not matched will always appear.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 id=\"toc-hId-638812601\">Side-by-Side mode<\/h3>\n<p>Downloaded transactions can be viewed on the left side of the screen.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Choose\u00a0<b>Banking &gt; Bank Feeds &gt; Bank Feeds Center<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>In the\u00a0<i>Items Reviewed<\/i>\u00a0section, select the name of the account with the transactions you wish to remove.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the\u00a0<b>Select Items to Delete<\/b>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n<li>Select the transaction(s) you wish to delete.<\/li>\n<li>Select the\u00a0<b>Delete Selected<\/b>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm deleting the transaction(s) by selecting\u00a0<b>Yes<\/b>.\n<div><b>Note:<\/b>\u00a0If you&#8217;re unable to delete all transactions, switch to Register mode to delete the statement.<\/div>\n<p>To switch to Register mode:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to\u00a0<b>Edit &gt; Preferences<\/b>\u00a0and select\u00a0<b>Checking<\/b>\u00a0from the left panel.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the\u00a0<b>Company Preferences<\/b>\u00a0tab.<\/li>\n<li>Select<b>\u00a0Register Mode<\/b>\u00a0and select\u00a0<b>OK<\/b>, to save your changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Still Stuck ?
