Install QuickBooks updates and repair file<\/p>\n

  1. One by one, open each version and\u00a0make sure QuickBooks is up to date. The fastest way to do this is to select\u00a0Help > Update QuickBooks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. After you make sure QuickBooks is up to date,download the repair file. Save it somewhere you can easily find it, like your desktop.<\/li>\n
  3. Double-click the file to unzip it.<\/li>\n
  4. Right-click\u00a0quickbooks_fix_tdtool.bat<\/strong>\u00a0and select\u00a0Run as Administrator<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. When it’s finished running, open the version of QuickBooks that had the error. Now you are good to go.<\/li>\n
  6. Process your customer’s payment like you normally do.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
