Let us share how you can run a Profit and Loss report without the sub-classes. Solve this Question I cannot run profit & loss but eliminate some expenses.<\/p>\n

Since you’re not able to filter the report by class without the sub-classes, let’s export it to Excel and manually remove the sub-classes.<\/p>\n

Here’s how:<\/p>\n

  1. Go to\u00a0Reports<\/b>\u00a0on the left pane.<\/li>\n
  2. On the search box, enter\u00a0Profit and Loss by Class<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click\u00a0the\u00a0Customize<\/b>\u00a0button at the upper right corner.<\/li>\n
  4. Filter the\u00a0<\/b>Report period<\/b>\u00a0under\u00a0General<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  5. Under\u00a0Rows\/Columns<\/b>, choose\u00a0Classes\u00a0<\/b>on the Columns drop-down.<\/li>\n
  6. Under\u00a0Filter<\/b>, select\u00a0Class<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  7. Click\u00a0Run Report<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  8. Click the\u00a0Export\u00a0<\/b>button to export the report to excel then remove sub-class column.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
