How do I print a Balance Sheet for our fiscal year?

In this Blog we are going to talk about How to Print Balance Sheet in QuickBooks of our Fiscal Year.

Customize and memorize a Balance Sheet by Month summary report:

  • Start QuickBooks.  From the Reports menu, choose Reports > Company & Financial > Balance Sheet Standard.
  • After the report displays, choose Modify Report.
  • On the Display tab, change the date range to 12 months (for example, select Last Fiscal Year in the Dates drop-down).
  • Change the Columns drop-down from ‘Total only’ to ‘Month.’
  • Choose OK to close Modify Report.
  • Click Collapse on the reports button bar.
  • Choose Print.
  • Change the Orientation from Portrait to Landscape.
  • Check the box “Fit report to 1 page(s) wide.”
  • Choose Preview.
  • Click Print.
  • Choose Memorize and name the report ‘Balance Sheet by Month.’

Now you are good to go in print balance sheet in Fiscal year.
