Your computer is running on windows 7. As of January 14, 2020. Microsoft will no longer be the providing the security updates or support updates or support for PC's running windows 7.
This means your computer will be more vulnerable to security risks and viruses. To avoid these risks, Microsoft recommends upgrading to windows 10.
To help maintain the security of your personal information, like your Social Security Number and Bank account Information, you will need to upgrade the operating system.
Select Switch to "Windows 10" to exit QuickBooks and Learn How to Upgrade in to windows 10.
Once you've upgraded, you can re-open and install QuickBooks.
By selecting "Install on Windows 7" and you acknowledging the risks of installing QuickBooks on Windows 7. (Not Recommended)

As mentioned above the Company Microsoft is going to discontinue their services for their Operating System named as Windows 7 from January 2020, Now the problem with QuickBooks is that the customer is having their bank account details and their business and personal details with QuickBooks, So when the Microsoft is not supporting their operating system Windows 7, then QuickBooks is also may not going to give any support or services to their customers
