Printing W2 forms in QuickBooks Online
- From QuickBooks Online, navigate to the Taxes tab and the Payroll Tax section.
- Under Forms, click Annual Forms. Select either All Employees or a specific employee name from the drop-down menu.
- Click W-2, Copies B, C & 2 to open the printable employee copies. Choose the appropriate date range from the period menu.
- Select View to open the printable forms and click the Printer icon.
