- Check the Status page QuickBooks status page lets you know if there are any server issues or outages on our end. ( Note: You can subscribe to updates by selecting Subscribe to updates on the status page. That way we can tell you when there’s any outage or scheduled maintenance that might affect how you use QuickBooks.)
- Search help or Google Go to the Help icon in QuickBooks Online, or press F2 in QuickBooks Desktop. This opens the help viewer, and you can search for help with anything you need.
