How to Search an invoice or any particular transaction follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the magnifying glass icon on the top of the page
  2. If you remember/know the invoice/transaction number, date or amount enter that and click the magnifying glass to search the transactions based on the input.
  3. However, if you want to have more filter option to search with in QuickBooks click on Advance Search link
  4. In the next page you will get advance options to filter like transaction type, different fields of the transaction and option to select/enter value for those fields.
  5. You can also click on Add Filter button and add more filters to your search. Please note adding new filter will work only with “AND” logic.
