How to Search an invoice or any particular transaction follow the steps below:
- Click on the magnifying glass icon on the top of the page
- If you remember/know the invoice/transaction number, date or amount enter that and click the magnifying glass to search the transactions based on the input.
- However, if you want to have more filter option to search with in QuickBooks click on Advance Search link
- In the next page you will get advance options to filter like transaction type, different fields of the transaction and option to select/enter value for those fields.
- You can also click on Add Filter button and add more filters to your search. Please note adding new filter will work only with “AND” logic.
